Getting Here: Finding the Offices of Nestlerode & Loy, Inc.

Nestlerode & Loy, Inc. is located at 430 West Irvin Avenue in State College, Pennsylvania, 16801. We are housed in our own building, a white one story building of approximately 4,400 square feet in size. Please see the accompanying pictures.

West Irvin Avenue is an undedicated street that runs from South Atherton Street (Business Route 322) and ends at the community fields, the football practice field and the baseball fields for the State College Area High School. At the corner of South Atherton Street and West Irvin Avenue is the Peppermill Apartment Building, a seven-story structure with parking on West Irvin Avenue. Nestlerode & Loy, Inc. is the only building behind the Peppermill on West Irvin Avenue. Our parking lot has a commercial basketball hoop, for the enjoyment and relaxation of our clients, friends and employees.

We have a directional sign on South Atherton Street pointing west on West Irvin Avenue. Please see the accompanying pictures. Remember that Nestlerode & Loy, Inc. and Discount Brokerage of Pennsylvania are located in the same building and both appear on the sign on the South Atherton Street directional sign.

Directions for finding Nestlerode & Loy, Inc. from points east, west, north and south of State College.

South: If you are driving into State College from Lewistown and points south of State College, take route 322 (west) towards State College. Stay on business route 322 (do not take the State College bypass) through Boalsburg and into State College. You will pass the Ramada Inn on the left, the Autoport Motel and Restaurant on the right. After you go through the light at the Westerly Parkway intersection, proceed past the Pizza Hut and Hollywood Video. As you come over the crest of the hill, you will notice our sign on the left, pointing left onto West Irvin Avenue. Turn left onto West Irvin Avenue to our driveway on your left. Please park in our paved parking lot.

North: If you are driving into State College from points north such as Clearfield, DuBois and Philipsburg, take route 322 east into Port Matilda and State College. Take the business route 322 (not the State College bypass). Drive through the business districts in Patton Township to the intersection of College Avenue and Atherton Street. Proceed through this intersection, the Beaver Avenue intersection and up the hill. As you come over the top of the hill, you will notice the Community Field on your right. As you come down the hill, you will notice our directional sign pointing to the right. Turn right onto West Irvin Avenue and proceed to our driveway on your left. Please use our paved customer parking lot.

Approaching from 322 East—turn RIGHT.

East: If you are driving to State College from points east, such as Lock Haven and Williamsport, you will find yourself approaching State College on route 26. Route 26 turns into East College Avenue and enters State College with the University on the right and the town businesses and apartments on the left. Drive through the center of town to Atherton Street and take a left onto South Atherton Street. (At that intersection you will notice an Arby's fast food restaurant on the far left-hand corner.) Drive south on Atherton Street to the crest of the hill. As you come over the crest of the hill, you will notice the community fields on your right. As you come down the hill, you will notice our sign pointing to the right. Turn right onto West Irvin Avenue and proceed to our driveway on the left. Please use our paved customer parking lot.

Approaching from 322 West—turn LEFT.

West: If you are approaching State College from route 45 or route 26 west of State College, proceed through Pine Grove Mills and onto route 26 past Leitzinger Imports (Mercedes and Nissan auto dealer on the corner of route 26 and Whitehall Road). As you enter State College you will be guided onto Beaver Avenue (one way east). Stay on Beaver Avenue until you approach South Atherton Street. The Alpha Community Fire Company is on the right hand corner. Turn right onto South Atherton Street and drive over the hill. As you come down the hill, you will notice the community fields on the right. Further along, you will notice our directional sign near the corner of South Atherton Street and West Irvin Avenue. Please turn left onto West Irvin Avenue and proceed to our driveway on the left. Please use our paved customer parking lot.
