As discount brokers through our subsidiary, Discount Brokerage of Pennsylvania, we offer discounted brokerage rates for stock transactions. Our transaction fee is 5.5 cents per share, plus $5 postage and handling. Our minimum commission is $55. Stocks must be DTC eligible securities. Please call our discount line for further information. We offer Investment Management on a continuous basis to investors who desire local management of their profiles. Our fees start at 1.5% of assets under management per year for accounts under $500,000. Brokerage is transacted at discount rates for such accounts and is placed at the discretion of the client. Complete accounting, tax reporting coordination and performance reporting are provided.
